Andrea Lard is a professionally certified Development Coach dedicated to using scientific and social theories spanning several disciplines to help individuals reach next level of success. She has recently been recognized as an “Emerging Coach to Watch.” She is the author of Defining Your Purpose: Loving What You Do Because You Love What You Are Doing and is currently working on her first non-fiction about behavior.
Andrea started in the real estate industry quickly becoming recognized as a top producer, known not only for earnings but also for her professionalism, customer satisfaction and willingness to help peers. She has a graduate degree in business leadership with an emphasis in instructional design, and undergraduate degrees in behavioral science and business management. She has held various board positions for non-profits and community organizations and volunteers for different causes.
Andrea’s purpose is to use her experience, observations and education to encourage and inspire others.
