Sue will share some examples of how organisations can refocus their attention on staff, and rebuild their pride and ambition by simply pulling up the shutters and getting their staff into a room to talk, and then to start to co-produce the very activities and ideas that will take the organisation forward. And Sue says, "if talent isn't what your HRD is focused on right now, then it needs to be. Soon.". Sue is currently HR Director at Bradford Council, which employs approximately 18,000 staff and serves approx. 540,000 residents across the Bradford District. With experience in both the public and private sector, Sue helps organisations unlock the change that they need to make in order to improve their productivity and customer service – whatever that change may be.
