We think 60,000-70,000 thoughts a day, and sadly, it's the negative ones we tend to hear the loudest. 'I can't do that.' 'I'm not good enough.' 'It's never going to happen for me.' 'I don't deserve this.'

WHY IS THAT?

As we embark on a new venture or work toward a new goal, they pop up and wreak havoc on our plans and self-confidence.

We know negative thoughts damage our lives and happiness: they create behaviors that railroad the best of intentions. You can't lead a happy and fulfilled life if your inner dialogue is conflicted or causing you to suffer.

Now there's a way out of the tangle.

By using a set of daily, simple questions, we can stop those negative thoughts the instant they pop up to sabotage us.

It's as simple as brushing your teeth!
