The SECOND dog I have lost becuase of other people's lies & drama. Anyway this breeder had bred her, she said it was an accident & was trying to gert rid of her, I offered to take her, she brought her, I gave her many many items in exchange for her as well as cash. She got in with the Kool-Aid crew & came & took her back & was posting pictures of my daughters place while they were working on the house. She is lying all over the place & once I said that Lilly had worms she threatens to sue me I about died laughing. So I'm still waiting for her paperwork, so I can release the videos of worms crawling out of this girls butt, her hot spots from the fleas & her feces covered in white because of the tape worms coming out. Oh & so I can send her my bill for baording & for all the items she didn't bring back & for slander/libel.... These are the type of people who are breeding, these are also the type of people I have to deal with on a daily basis. The funniest part about this is she was just fine leaving her with me when my daughters freaking ceiling had fallen out because a pipe broke between her place & the manager's upstairs, which is why they are still doing construction... but as soon as she get's into the crew the place is "awful". What other's "think" we do! Hve you seen those pictures of what people think a dog does versus what a dog really does? I got a good chuckle out of the newest attack on me by the Kool-Aid crew. They were trying to say that becuase I don't take pix of new adopters with their dog I must be using "stock" photo's of dogs, oh & of course I must be a scammer! It did bring up some very good points though. I don't know if anyone realizes EXACTLY everything I do in rescue, but I am not a good paperwork jockey & I know I don't update my site as often as I should. The folks who work with me or adopt from me or that I work with know me, know what I do, & know me. Not some putzes half way across the country with nothing better to do. Seriously it their last vain attempts at grabbing at straws. Try to bring up that my kids got taken away, yep they did, & they were quickly returned & within a month I had foster kids in my home, one of whom I adopted. The last one was talking about my "criminal" record... most of which are tickets & divorce court, plus my thing with Everett. Sad pathetic people who will probably listen to this show over & over & over again. Remember I have trackers on everything so I can see who visits & listens. I will be playing them back to explain exactly what went on, & what was said or not said. It is important to note I was not allowed to enter any of my own evidence, or even refute any of theirs, I did not get any of my expert witnesses, & none of my witnesses were ever notified or sent subpeona's. My standby counsel's investigator didn't even contact people til the day of or before the trial. All of my jurors were upper middle class violent crime victims who were prior law enforcement & or freinds & family to local area judges or law enforcement. They were also all caucasian, & not even close to my socio-economic class. There are many little issues that finally just came to a head once they started abusing their authority to harass me. Namely the Distirict Court Clerk was practicing law without a license by advising me that I coudn't file my motion in district court when the LAW clearly stated that was where it was supposed to be under RCW 16.52.085(5) .... I was willing to let that go until Animal Control showed up at my door the SECOND time, AFTER I wrote some very unflattering articles about the county assesor's ineptness & about an ongoing scandal with a county executive & a woman who "claims" to be having an affair with him who is a very good friend to the county assessor. I also wrote a couple of stoires about the high rate of deaths at the Snohomish County jail. It is about illegal seizure & just about every single violation of Constitutional Rights I have ever seen. About forged viseotapes & documents & a study in what happens to you if you are a woman & you sass the "good old boys club" It is also a case of rescues selling their rescued animals to horse meat dealers, of a cop, a rescue & a shelter manager that all have a part in the rescue that uses the same meat dealer as a "foster" home. It is one of the strangest most collusional set-ups I have ever seen n my life, the cop does the investgation, gets the warrant, does the seizure with the AC person who heads the rescue, but don't forget his wife is part of this rescue & of another one that they funnel the rescued animals to the meat dealer with. So they all work together to take animals, then they ask the courts for 10 to 16K for care of the animals then they sell them to the meat dealer, so either way they make money hand over fist... Did I mention that they get donations from the City & from the shelter as well!
