Seems Mark Ericks the county exec's aide & Daniel Christman the new coronor head honcho are ganging up on Dave Somers, & Lovick does what he always does~ Nothing. They get tax-payer money to have a former Supreme Court Judge legally explain how it was that E & C did nothing wrong by thtreatening to kill & write out a death certificate for Dave Somers. Two former law enforcement officers with questionable pasts

Seems John Pennington used records that the county claimed they didn't have that Anne Block requested to try to file a restraining order against her, they also included their harassment of her via her twitter account & they correlate with every time it was posted about in the Sky Valley Chronicle! Too late to take them donw now since we have screenshots. So basically they just provided proof of around 5 different crimes for Ms Block to use in her lawsuit
