Warrior/Survivor Pineapple Soda

Ms. Pineapple Soda (born K.Denise), is a South Philadelphia (PA) native born December 1974.  She is the daughter of an Apostolic Faith church-going mother, and an unsaved (deceased) father whom was full of life, love, and a compassion for arts and people.  Pineapple lived as if the world was her oyster.  Her father always stressed to her that there was nothing that she couldn't do if she put her mind to it, and she really believed him. When her father, whom she loved and adored began a new career that kept him away from home most of the months throughout the year, her once happy-go-lucky life became a never ending nightmare.  Pineapple's mother became very physically and mentally abusive towards her which brought on a lot of nervousness, fear, and confusion.

Being raised in an abusive household at such a tender age, Pineapple turned to books and prayer.  As her home became her hell, Pineapple also found out that her church was not her safe house.

After enduring years of broken skin, molestation, public humiliation, and failed suicidal attempts, today, Ms. Pineapple Soda is the Founder of 4EKG World; an Organization of women, supporting other women, children, communities, and positive initiatives.  She has made the choice to love, to empower, and to live unapologetically happily ever after.
