Have you noticed how often you "find something wrong" with people you don't even know?  Do you notice those thoughts and feelings about how others look, dress, live?  Where does this come from?  Why do we find fault in others and jump to conclusions about their worth based on how they look are speak?

Judgement comes from within us.  We are finding fault with self and it is showing up as we criticize others.  That level of bitterness and fear is stored within.  Facing our own inner fault finder and freeing ourselves to be worthy, valuable and beautiful sets us up for a beautiful life.
