    This month’s radio show guest is Steven Blier, a pianist and go-to coach for some of the world’s most celebrated singers. Joining us also will be George Pollock, to tell us about his experiences riding in the cross-continental Race Across America this summer with Team FSHD Cycling.
    In an interview with the New York Times, Steven says “Muscular dystrophy is not something I would recommend. But it is an amazing teacher. It shows you what you are made of. To live your life in a wheelchair, you have to man-up. To go on stage takes some guts. But you find your confidence and you become your own advocate.”
    Mr. Blier enjoys an eminent career as an accompanist and vocal coach. His recital partners have included Renée Fleming, Cecilia Bartoli, Samuel Ramey, Lorraine Hunt Lieberson, Susan Graham, Jessye Norman, and José van Dam, in venues ranging from Carnegie Hall to La Scala. He is also on the faculty of The Juilliard School and has been active in encouraging young recitalists at summer programs, including the Wolf Trap Opera Company, Santa Fe Opera, and the San Francisco Opera Center.  
    Mr. Blier’s extensive discography includes the premiere recording of Leonard Bernstein’s Arias and Barcarolles (Koch International), which won a Grammy Award.

    Toni Rose, BS, is a Certified Nurtured Heart Approach® Advanced Trainer as well as a Wraparound Facilitator at Southwestern Behavioral Healthcare.  She has provided over 100 NHA trainings to parents, caregivers, volunteers and clinicians from all over the state of Indiana. She has 18 years of experience collaborating with Department of Child Services, Juvenile Justice, CASA and Head Start. She has also worked directly with mental health agencies, psychiatric hospitals and educators. Her passion is supporting children and families to build successful relationships not only in their homes but in their communities as well.
    Harvey Uken has been working as a Youth Counselor at the Red River Valley Juvenile Center (16 bed facility for 10-18) in Crookston, MN for the past 14 years.  He was the Family Week Coordinator and Clinical Supervisor for eight of those years. These experiences with intense people in intense situations led Harvey to see the Nurtured Heart Approach as the way to help the children he serves towards heart-felt transformation when he was introduced to NHA in 2013. Harvey is looking forward to full retirement to begin employing the Nurtured Heart Approach in Northern MN and ND to help people recognize the greatnesses in themselves and others.

    Rich Hoffman is a 22+ year Army Information Technology (IT) defense contractor with By Light IT Professional Services. He is a Senior Lead Architect working in the US Army Materiel Command Head Quarters at Redstone Arsenal, Huntsville, Alabama helping to shape the future directions of systems, networks and hosting arrangements used within the Army.
     
    For the past 52+ years, since his eighth grade science class and timed with the Lonnie Zamora sighting on 24 April 1964, Rich has been pursuing his primary interest in investigating, researching and lecturing on the subject of UFOs. He even had the opportunity to lecture to the Air Force on the subject at Wright Patterson, AFB.

The drug conspiracy involved an extensive crack cocaine distribution network in the City of Detroit, organized and directed by brothers Billy Joe and Larry Chambers, and known as the Chambers Brothers Organization. The conspiracy allegedly began in 1983 and continued through February 1988. There was testimony that the widespread and carefully structured operations generated narcotics sales of as much as $200,000 a day. The operation was conducted out of various locations in the City of Detroit and was policed by a cadre of conspirator/enforcers known as "the wrecking crew." All twenty-two persons indicted were members of the organization. The Chambers brothers recuited many of their 500 employees from Detroit High Schools and their impoverished hometown of Marianna, Arkansas, keeping their troops in line with brutality and intimidation.

We will talk about our module 4 topic: the setting and structure of activity and about formative evaluations and prototyping. Our guetss are JOsh Gutwill and Adam Klinger fromteh Exploratorium in San Francisco. 
     
    Josh Gutwill is Director of Visitor Research and Evaluation at the Exploratorium, the museum of science, art and human perception in San Francisco. His work includes research on learning in informal environments as well as evaluation of exhibits and programs to improve visitors' experiences. 
    Adam Klinger is an Evaluation Systems Specialist at the Exploratorium, where he is responsible for developing and refining tools and methods for the capture, management, and analysis of audio/video as well as conducting formative evaluations of museum exhibits.

    Exploring Youth-Driven Prevention Campaigns

This 30 minute program will highlight the challenges and rewards of promoting primary prevention messaging during Domestic Violence Awareness Month and beyond.

    TUA RA and KHU RA: The Origin of 'Torah' and 'Quran' - Cosmological Incompetence

    In this episode of ODWIRA, we examine the etymological and cosmological origin and foundation of the terms Tua Ra and Khu Ra from ancient Khanit and Kamit (Nubia and Egypt). These terms would later be corrupted into 'Torah' and 'Quran' by the whites and their offspring to reference their pseudo-scriptures which propagate fictional characters who never existed of any race or in any form whatsoever including 'moses', 'muhammad', 'yahweh' and 'allah'.
    A lack of facility with the practice of Afurakani/Afuraitkaitnit (African) Ancestral Religion renders pseudo-scholars cosmologically incompetent. This condition leads to a lack of understanding and thus the propagation of false etymologies and cosmological analyses which renders their work useless. We must return to our Ancestrally-inherited culture to gain full and proper insight.
