How does the nature of Men and Women affect relationships?

Tonight we are talking about the nature of hetrosexual men and women and how the difference in our nature's affect the relationships we form with a partner. We are different because that's the way we have been created. How we understand our differences may be the reason why we are struggling with sustaining relationships. If men were to operate according to their true nature would it make a big difference to how women view men? Would women have more respect for their opposites if there was a stronger separation of roles between the sexes?
