Despite all the FaceBook posts and an increasing online presence of parents who have traumatically lost children to CPS and each other in a corrupt family court system throughout the United States, it continues to be difficult for many to grasp the control your local school district, functioning as a government entity, has over whether your child returns to your home each night.
