Meet Pat Sommers

Pat is a music industry veteran. His rock credentials include touring with numerous bands (Jagged Steel, Cypress, Sticky) and recording with rock legends Ace Frehley of KISS and Roger Daltrey of The Who.  Pat’s musical collaborations in studio and on stage led to his performing and writing with Ricky Byrd of Joan Jett and the Blackhearts, Jay Jay French of Twisted Sister, Elliot Easton of The Cars, Frank Carillo, Al Greenwood of Foreigner.

Pat informally “retired” from international touring to raise his autistic son.  It was then that Pat realized the magic of music in autistic children and it was through music that his son began to verbally communicate.   Today, Pat continues to record, produce, and perform live with various bands on the eastern seaboard. He is also a tireless advocate for his son and other autistic children.
