Focus, defined, as selectively concentrating on one aspect of activity or environment while ignoring other things, but it’s so much more than just that.
 
Focus is the difference that makes the difference in your diet, your training, your family and your career; it’s truly “WHERE THE RUBBER MEETS THE ROAD”
 
How do you eat right and on schedule when there is so much to do at work?
