Cyle Gary Hoffman was born on November 25, 1988, in Arcadia, Florida, to Gary and Kimberly Hoffman. Hoffman endured a tough childhood, as he grew up in a broken home and was abused by his babysitter several times. His parents divorced several years after the incident. The trauma put the young Demi on a path of rebellion as he tried to reconcile the incidents with his daily life.

After the passing of his best friend Jeff the punk band Bloodshot split up and they lost ties. Hoffman, later on, formed a band called Demi Dahmer. Demi has stated that he got the name for his alter ego by combining Demi Lovato’s first name Jeffrey Dahmer’s last.

Throughout Demi’s career, he has been accused of trying to be like Marilyn Manson and being a Satan-worshiping sadist, of which he claimed to be. His shows have been denied and subsequently canceled because of his look and views.

Demi is developing the unifying theme of A new record and has incorporated some of his life events into the album. “This concept album is the broken mirror I built for the listener – it’s for them to piece together like a puzzle. There are so many dimensions. But in the soul and your mind’s eye, the worst is always the mirrors. Shards and slivers of glass. I had ghosts haunting me when I wrote some of these lyrics. I share I’ve heard a spirit of a girl speak into the mic one night,” Demi confessed.

Demi Has just released the promotional video (Rose Black) for his upcoming Album (psychic Vampire) hitting the shelves this October 31st
