Stephanie Dawson also known as MomaSteph is the Co-Director of our Second Chance Fibromyalgia Outreach Team!

She offers encouragement in our Facebook Support groups, writes interesting blogs and looks forward each day to helping hurting people!

She is a retired nurse and has 2 grown children and many other family members that she loves. 

She enjoys nature, cooking healthy foods, her family, motorcycles, reading, writing and more. She is a strog advocate of the power of positive thinking and actively promotes healthy behaviors physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually.

Today she is going to share valuable information about dealing with and overcoming chronic pain, fatigue and issues related to fibromyalgia.
