Marcia is a freelance journalist; she writes for a number of women’s magazines and also contributes to age relevant publications. Marcia is a writer with a sense of humour. She began her career as a Flight Attendant with Air Canada and launched Willowtree after a 32 year stint flying high! 

She shares her insight on Baby Boomers and women over 40 including the joys and challenges of being older.

Marcia has written several books including Celebrate Age and One Small Voice. Both are a collection of articles on ageism plus the advantage of being an older woman.

Leslie Traill is a pioneer in the field of life coaching and personal empowerment and is the founder of “Sexy Over Sixty” boutique life coaching agency that empowers women to meet the challenges they face in their mid-forties, fifties, sixties and beyond.

Leslie incorporates a wealth of personal and professional experience into her private sessions and corporate seminars. She has "cracked the code" to feeling young and sexy!
