Lets Talk Kingdom with Catrina/Interview with Heather Morgan

Heather Morgan, is a wife, mother, full time factory employee and president of the Irok Foundation, and the most unworthy and blessed child of God.

In 2003, Heather's daughter, Kori, had just been diagnosed with a congenital blood disease.  In her anger and depression, then 6 year old daughter pushed Heather to help her find a cure for the children she had come to love that were patients with her at the pediatric cancer and blood disease clinic.

In 2010, Kori launched the Irok Foundation (kori spelled backwards).  The Irok Foundation helps families at the two hematology/oncology clinics that Kori has been a patient at in Indianapolis, Indiana.  Heather said "We have helped with car repairs, home repairs, airline tickets for disease studies, and most of all recently, we have covered one months worth of bills while parents stay home with their dying child." Heather does not always meet our Irok families, but sometimes she has the opportunity to form lifelong friendships.  Heather says "To be able to come beside these mothers and pray with, and love on them, is an incredible gift".
