Sanctum CrossFit is Prosper’s first and only CrossFit. At Sanctum we teach classes incorporating a multitude of modalities including Olympic weightlifting, gymnastics, plyometrics, power-lifting, and metabolic conditioning.
During class you will learn useful and important fundamental movement skills while also participating in highly energized, fun, challenging, and competitive workouts. Our training methods are constantly varied and performed with high intensity. This style of training puts members in a position to optimize the 10 recognized fitness domains (Cardio-respiratory endurance, Stamina, Strength, Flexibility, Power, Speed, Coordination, Agility, Balance, and Accuracy).
Class settings add a dynamic social and competitive aspect to training that regular gyms just can’t match. Learning and competing along side your peers gives additional motivational factors beyond the common desire to better one’s health and fitness.
