Authors Stephanie Woodfield and Karen Storminger join me to discuss their new book - Prayers to The Morrigan.

In this book you will find prayers to the many guises of The Morrigan, her many animal forms, as well as prayers for multiple situations in life. Prayers To The Morrigan is an exercise in devotion to the Great Queen through words and images.

Stephanie Woodfield (Orlando, FL) has been a practicing Pagan for the past twenty years. A devotional polytheist, teacher, and Priestess of the Morrigan, she is one of the founding members of Morrigu's Daughters and is an organizer for several Pagan gatherings. Stephanie teaches classes on devotional work and magical practice in the US and internationally. A long time New Englander, she now resides in the Orlando area with her husband, two very pampered cats, and various reptiles. In her spare time she enjoys creating art out of skulls and other dead things. She is called to helping others forge meaningful experiences with the Morrigan, as well as the Gods and land of Ireland.

Karen Storminger has been a practicing polytheist pagan most of her life. Karen is a devotee of The Morrigan. She is an active member of the Connecticut Wiccan and Pagan Network and The Tuatha De Morrigan groups. She is one of the organizers and founding members of the
Morrigan’s Call Retreat. Karen has been writing poetry of all kinds since an early age. She has had poetry published in several anthologies; Bibliotheca Alexandria’s “Garland of the Goddess”, “The Dark Ones”, and GirlGod publication’s “Warrior Queen: Answering the Call of the
Morrigan”. Karen is the co-author of the book “Prayers to The Morrigan: An Illustrated Book of Devotion to the Great Queen”.
