As an Actress, Educator, and even a Copy Editor, Selena Anduze, has a penchant for learning all there is to enhance the journey of being human. With a Bachelor's degree in English Literature, a Master's degree in Natural Health, and a PhD in Naturopathic Medicine, Selena dedicates all she has learned to living the life of an “intellectual artist.”

A native US Virgin Islander, Selena, is no stranger to “island time,” which in a nutshell means relax, let go of conformity, and find your Zen or "Know Thyself." In fact, every facet of her life is in some way a reflection of the mind, body and spiritual wellness that vacationers often believe they can only achieve by visiting the simplicity of the beach. If you were to ask Selena what she does for a living, she'd smile and answer, "I’m a human."

As an actress, she takes great care in deconstructing the soul of a character, then reconstructing it in her image so that she can portray the human condition on stage or on screen. And in the classroom, Selena takes great joy in teaching her students about the structure and function of the human body, the vessel for one’s mind and spirit. The saying, "Know Thyself" resounds in her work. It is her belief that if one lives life like an Islander, taking time to reconnect with their mind, body and spirit, therein lies the key to one’s own personal paradise. It is with great pride that she uses her skills of performance to not only entertain, but also teach others about the glorious and despicable truths of being human.
