Good morning and welcome to Get Healthy Now with Denise Thomson, Certified Transformational Health Coach, Nurse, Fitness Trainer, Educator, BTR host, Best Selling Author.

Yesterday I had the privilege to be interviewed by my dear friend Delia McCabe, PhD from Australia. The title was: What 50+ Years in the Medical Field teaches you. What I realized was that most things I got to learn over those years and until now had to do with growing through struggles and welcoming them to better myself. Yes, struggles make you stronger, especially when you get to learn from them and through them. What I realized is that it all relates to: MINDSET, PERCEPTIONS, OPEN MIND AND HEART.

The highlights of the interview: (YouTube link below)

Starting at 10 yrs old to help aunt, who was a head nurse in a private little hospital

As teen: lending a hand to my uncle in his medical praxis.

Nurse

School Nurse: saved 2 lives

Worked as secretary: boss asked if I knew someone who wanted to go to the USA to take care of a little baby.

I accepted invite - how I learned English - education - taking care of F-I-L (diabetic, amputee, Alzheimer's, Dementia)

to why I became a Certified Transformational Health Coach
