Mental health advocate and author, Linda Katz, shares her personal experiences and insights in dealing with mental illness on Off The Shelf Book Talk Radio. Katz and Off The Shelf talk radio show host, Denise Turney, will discuss some of the signs of mental illness, particularly depression and mania depression. They will also share solutions and everyday strategies that people can take to keep themselves from entering a mental health crisis.
