A few years ago, JJ Ramberg and her brother Ken had a vision to create a company which would make supporting charitable organizations an effortless, cost-free daily activity that did not take time out of people's busy schedules. Their vision resulted in GoodSearch, a site that will help redirect considerable amounts of search engine advertising dollars to the betterment of society. This brother and sister team has been inspired to take corporate responsibility to the next level by allowing users to decide where their search revenue should go.

In her own words, "I GoodSearch for the Food Allergy Anaphylaxis Network which is working to find a cure for my nephew's life-threatening peanut allergy."

In addition to her work with GoodSearch, JJ also is the host of MSNBC's “Your Business,” the only television show dedicated to issues affecting small business owners.  Now in its fourth season, the program has profiled hundreds of small business owners and offered advice from countless small business experts and investors.

Ramberg is a regular contributor to the TODAY Show on small business and financial issues. She is also MSNBC's small business expert and occassional on-air anchor. In addition, she is a financial columnist for Cookie Magazine, Conde Nast's parenting magazine. She has also written columns on social entreprenuership for Entreprenuer Magazine.

JJ graduated cum laude from Duke University with a bachelor of arts degree in English and holds her MBA from Stanford Business School.
