With over a decade of career and professional development coaching experience, Caroline Higgins empowers and energizes people to achieve their goals.

In her role as blogger for the Huffington Post, she focuses on career topics, plus she also pens a monthly column for The Chronicle newspaper in Northern Indiana. In her role as Director of Career and Professional Development and Adjunct Faculty at the Indiana University Maurer School of Law, she prepares the next generation of lawyers to be ready for the career world.

Caroline is also an accomplished speaker and coach, and now adds author to her bio as well with her first book, "This is Not the Career I Ordered," which focuses on women who have experienced a career transition and reinvented themselves in the job world.
