Please join us to learn about making one simple change that will have an amazing positive impact on your aging loved one as well as you and the rest of your family. We are all pressed for time and face competing priorities.  Wouldn't it be nice to find a way and "commit" to something that can truly change quality of life for your loved one and you.  That is what we'll be talking about in today's show.

Our guest today, John Bruinsma,  is going to share a simple, transforming idea with us.  Bring back Sunday dinner!

Tune into our show to hear about the reserach conducted that confirms how powerful a family Sunday dinner can be to the entire family.  John will share strategies on how to keep the dinner and day stress-free as well as providing great ideas and menus for the actual dinner.  Best of all, if you sign the Sunday Dinner Pledge by July 31, Home Instead will donate $1 for each pledge received to Meals on Wheels (a program whose funding is being cut while the demand/need for meals is increasing dramatically.)

What can a simple change like this mean for your aging loved one and for you?  We hope you will join us for a time of learning and conversation.

During our 30 minute segment, you will be able to submit your questions for John via the web chat or our call-in number.
