At work we have to do more with less which can lead to conflict and stress. At home we try to fit everything in with family, friends and anything else that demands our time. Work demands and personal commitments can cause us to overextend ourselves. This overextension drains our energy, leads to stress which impacts our ability to rest and sleep well. Our lack of rest and sleep takes a toll on how effectively we interact with our coworkers, friends and family. Sleep is even more important during the holidays since they tend to be very stressful.
