It sounds strange that people have to be taught how to think, but it's true. Cognitive and social learning theories are proving accurate in that a person's thinking controls their behavior, thus directly impacting their ability to learn, earn, and relate to others. What's more, the Bible is clear in Romans 12:2 that people "are transformed by the renewing of the mind," and the business of the mind is thinking.
