Tonight our guest is eyewitness turned researcher, Todd Neiss. He is an active duty staff sergeant in the Oregon National Guard and an Iraq War veteran. His eye witness encounter actually occurred while on high explosives training for his combat engineering battalion in the rain forest of Oregon’s coast range in 1993. And the sighting was corroborated by three fellow soldiers who had witnessed the creatures as well. Over the next 20+ years Todd would use his training and experience to research these creatures.
