Excessive Barking, what can I do?

Leila is wondering what is possible to change all the barking from Nettie Lu, her 10 year old. She barks at the younger dog Fina at every opportunity. What is causing this excessive behavior?

Fina also has an issue with the fence and especially the squirrels behind it. Is there a way to change that behavior?
