Opening our hearts to heal can be a painful path and yet, it is the key to the freedom that we all crave. Re-writing our stories and the outcome of our lives are gifts each of hold in our hands. On today’s show, we are talking about:

  • embracing our courage.
  • boundaries.
  • knowing our truth.
  • loving who we become.

Guest Kathy Jourdain was born and raised in small town Nova Scotia. She is the author of Embracing the Stranger in Me: A Journey to Openheartedness, a memoir hailed as a deeply authentic sharing of a personal journey that has shaped who is today and as an invitation for others to enter or stay in their own unfolding journey. The book was born after Kathy, at the age of 46, found out she was adopted, at the same time she was in a deep spiritual journey.

She is currently co-writing a second book arising out of her work as a global steward and practitioner of the Art of Hosting Conversations That Matter. Her consulting work is done through Shape Shift Strategies Inc.

Her websites are: KathyJourdain and ShapeShiftStrategies.
