If your mother put you into a children’s yoga class, taught by Swami Sactidinanda, at the age of six years old, what are the chances you would become a yoga teacher? Oh, about 100%! And so it was that our guest today, Jared Pava has been taking yoga classes since college and is now a Certified Restorative yoga Instructor as well as a certified Thai Bodywork practitioner.As Jared tells us, “I knew being a healer was my calling from a very young age.
