She has thirty years experience in the science of movement, as a dancer, a group exercise instructor, and a personal trainer. She tells us that her specialty and favorite clients are those who, "consider themselves exercise resistant…I found that I had an affinity for those who were timid or insecure about their ability to move and were intimidated by exercise classes and gyms. Valli started her In-home Personal Training business 1986 and says,”It is really a fun job and I meet the most amazing people.Many of my clients have been with me for more than 20 years”. Valli’s latest challenge is, "a joyful one-how, to stay fit enough to be a grandparent….holding, carrying, and chasing after little ones requires a specifically targeted workout”. She has written and published her first book,” Are You Fit Enough to be a Grandmother?”Valli, in her mid sixties, leads 70 mile group bike rides to and up Bear Mountain!
