Our guest,Ali Fischer, is a licensed Somatic Manual/Movement Educator. For this injury, she was introduced to bodywork for the first time, specifically, trigger point therapy which helped to release her spasming muscles. She was fascinated and began to become trained in different forms of bodywork. She studied at the Pacific College of Oriental Medicine, becoming proficient in Chinese Medical Massage,Shiatsu, Acupressure,Swedish Massage, and Deep Tissue. She received her MA in Somatic Movement Education from the University of Central Lancashire. Ali is passionate about helping people.
