Allison began quieting her racing mind at and early age by taking a yoga class and then got her teacher certification because,”I like that yoga isn’t just physical exercise,but has mind-body connection plus philosophies on living-how you treat yourself and how you treat others”. In order to help her clients who faced large life changes in their careers and personal life, she enrolled in the Integrative Health Coach program through Duke Integrative Medicine. Today , she tells us,”Watching someone go from being in in a place of pain or frustration or stickiness to feeling vibrant, excited, empowered and thriving is a beautiful experience.”.
