A Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Ancy learned about sleep coaches about ten years ago when her first son was experiencing problems sleeping through the night. Driven to desperation by sleep deprivation, Ancy tracked down a Sleep Coach that she had read about in a Wellness Magazine. The wonderful result was sleep for her whole family and the start of training for a new addition to her career. Today she combines her learning from her undergraduate degree in psychology with her Masters from NYU School of Social Work and her Sleep Coaching training to help parents teach their young children how to self-soothe and thus, bring peace and rest to all.
