0012 2012 Conservative Latino Talk Radio today discusses the real reson for mass shootings in America.  I am an expert in school  police administration.  There are several commonalities related to this year's four mass shootings.  They all have large gathering of people who are poorly protected: a temple; a theater; a shopping mall and an elementary school.  The real problem with them all is they have a cultural bias against having any police presence.  They all consider that either an unnescessary or unwanted expenditure.  

In the news, Obama comments on this tragedy and uses is for his political benefit as do other anti-gun Democrats.  

In other headlines, legalized marijuana use will not likely receive challenge from our former "dopper" President and police agencies report marijuana related health emergencies.
