The month of August we are discussing various forms of health and how to care for yourself and or others. When you think of health you think of eating right and exercise. Health is the caring for your overall being mind, body and spirit! One way to achieving that level of healthy Zen we have to learn about different aspects of healthy eating and exercising regularly, finding time for meditation and/or prayer regularly, and finding other ways to improve your physical, emotional, and spiritual health.
We start the month off with a two for one special! Tonight we kickoff the conversation of health with Health and Entrepreneurship. I have a special guest, Michelle Boyd, an independent Distributor for IT WORKS. She is here to discuss health, the IT Works system, its products, and how she can help you. It’s time that we start getting ourselves mentally and physically fit.
