"A recruiting or scouting service includes any individual, organization, entity or segment of an entity that primarily provides information about prospective student-athletes. This definition does not include any individual, organization, entity or segment of an entity that primarily provides information about prospective student-athletes incidental to its primary purpose and is generally available to the public (e.g., news media)." - Per NCAA.Org

Our program combines all of the exposure needed through our media platform that has now had nearly 1 million visitors to both of our websites. We now have over 1 billion views and visits on our social media platforms, while also having coached hundreds of athletes in position specific technique training and combine training that has enhanced numbers drastically. Our 2018 Scout Trout All-American Bowl brought in 15 FBS localized programs and many more at other levels. As we follow our players and the 2018 college football season, we wanted to make sure that everyone is clear on what is LEGAL and what is ILLEGAL for student-athletes and after coaching over 300 athletes that played on scholarship (some NFL), I can say that the past three years have been a joy to see so many athletes succeed through a program not only built off of over 12 years playing the game after high school, but through vast studies of the college recruiting process and what it takes to succeed at the highest level attainable for each Student-Athlete.
