"I Followed the Law" The Injustice of Prohibition on "A Cup of Joe

Two cases are discussed tonight. Christine Gale and her battle to care for her daughter and the way she is being treated for using cannabis as a mean to treat her daughter's medical issues. Danny Trevino is facing a lifetime of incarceration as a result of federal prohibtion even though he has followed the laws of Michigan the entire time.  It has not mattered.  Craig Cesal will call in from FCI Terre Huate and Danny will call in from the county jail in Michigan to discuss their cases
