Do you contribute to candidates? Will you now, or did yesterday's Supreme Court McCutcheon decision take the wind out of your contribution sails? Did it encourage you to contribute more? Was leveling the playing field for contributions between disclosed and undisclosed political organizations an important thing to do?
What did the McCutcheon decision mean to you? Do you agree or disagree with the decision? Was it a call to action? What action would that be? Or are you one of the people who does not contribute so it feels like a non-issue? (We would respectfully disagree.)
Is the Supreme Court the place to create Campaign Finance Law? Today it is where law is determined because our Congress is too dysfunctional to act.
