According to Spenker, change management is about understanding the people side of change: how our behavior affects our ability to achieve personal and professional goals. Spenker believes it is essential to have a deep, personal understanding of our own personal bias to “change” – is it friend or foe?

“I love to work with people over time and witness their journey,” says Spenker. “I’m most satisfied when I am fortunate enough to have the longevity with a client to see the full impact of their change work – to see it really stick.”
