In this second installment of our focus on collective leadership as a tool for building individual leadership capacity, we are joined by Gayle de'Souza Warner, a former administrator with Mi Casa Resource Center in Denver, Colorado. Currently living in Arizona, Gayle shares the story of how the practice of collective leadership led her to travel back to India, where she grew up, to reclaim a part of her herself, as well as how it has shaped her current view about community change work. She also explains how this personal evolution affects the way she engages in leadership with others, both in her work life and personal life.
