Motu Proprio - Part 2 
On July 11th, Pope Francis issued a Motu Proprio.  
via an Apostolic Letter that brings forth legislation that alters/amends the Vatican's criminal code. This decree calls for a halt on Crimes Against Humanity, Money Laundering, The Financing of Terrorism and Weapons of Mass Destruction.  It is will be officially promulgated on September 1st.
