Today, I am interviewing one of the most magical food artists in Astoria. His name is Antonio Morichini, and he is the Owner of Via Vai NYC. Trained in Italy, he believes that the best food is generated by two main ingredients: time and love. He subscribes to the "slow food tradition" type of cooking, and it has worked well for him. Case in point, he was named one of the Best Chefs in America, and his restaurant was hailed as 1 of 19 Excellent Astoria Restaurants and Bars to Try.
