"A house divided against itself shall not stand" was said by Lincoln  and that was taken from Christ

Christ is the source of the 'house divided' quote. ... Lincoln was of course quoting Jesus Christ in the Bible. Jesus says in Mark 3:25 that “if a house is divided against itself, that house cannot stand” and in Luke 11:17: “Any kingdom divided against itself will be ruined, and a house divided against itself will fall.”

Wel,l the same is true for when we have a divided mind, or a personality and spirit not aligned
