The title of today's show is “WASTED”.  Now some of you may have a pre-conceived idea on what this show is all about.  I can assure you that it is not about being wasted or getting wasted.  
 
The word “wasted” is actually the acronym for today's show.  All of us spend a lot of “Wasted” time with emotions and feelings that are completely useless, they are futile and only harm us and hinder us from moving forward, they hinder relationships, they hinder your joy, they hinder your walk with God.
 
Today’s guest is one of our regulars, Betty Davis.    Her passion and love for reading has helped her develop a unique program where children learn to read by using, art , music, and games.
 
Betty is a children's author of a new adventure series The Worldly Adventures of Nicholas.  She is a graduate from Roosevelt  University in Chicago with a Bachelors in Sociology, and Psychology. She has two grown daughters  ages 40 and 31 and 5 grandchildren.
