Listen to the Christian Authors on Tour (CAOT) Blog Talk Radio Show Friday (May 31, 2019) at 2 p.m. (EST) to hear a LIVE interview with Christian children's book author, Stenetta Anthony.

Stenetta Anthony, was born in Chicago. Being the eldest of four children, she would often tell her sibling’s stories to keep them entertained. Stenetta has a degree in educational studies, with one of her passion being educating young children, as well as writing.  She never had a passion for writing, but she would often retell a familiar children’s tale using her own “flair” of storytelling. Stenetta would recreate the book's characters bringing them into the 21st century for her young students.

Stenetta was asked to create a curriculum for a Sunday school nursery classroom using a biblical figure. This simple request caused the storyteller/author to come forth. With her writing her first book, The Love Story.  She would go on to author two other children's book. Stenetta also wrote a poem that was published in an anthology geared toward African American women and girls.  Her most recent book release is titled, A Home for Sally.  This children's book tells the tale of a toy poodle that was born with a defect and endures bullying, anxiety, loneliness, and countless other emotions because of her disability.
