Foster parenting isn’t for everyone, but everyone can do something to help children in need.

One thing you can do for these precious gifts from God is to DONATE.  Whether it is time, money, or items in kind, all donations are greatly needed and appreciated, across the country.

Zoe Sanchez Richardson and her family are donating on a grand scale.  Not only does she open her home and heart to some of these children, she continues to advocate and find resources for them.  Most children in foster care arrive at their first placement with little to nothing in their possession. Most foster parents spend more than the state provides, buying what the children need out-of-pocket. Child welfare agencies try to help by collecting the most needed items, such as clothing, suitcases, duffle bags, back-to-school supplies, and Christmas gifts.

Zoe is currently on a mission to collect suitcases.  More often than not, as foster children move from place to place, they transport what few belongings they do have in trash bags.  Zoe would like to help mitigate that in her corner of Southern California.  Please listen in to learn how to assist her!
