Prior to becoming Director of Premium Services with the Las Vegas Raiders, Tahira was Director of Ticket Sales and Service for the WNBA's Dallas Wings, National Lacrosse League’s Panther City LAX, Nashville Superspeedway and the Infamous Monster Mile with NASCAR, and Elevate Sports Ventures (second installment of the XFL with the Seattle Dragons).

Her career began volunteering and interning in the communications department of the MLS's Orlando City Soccer and Atlanta United. She transitioned to revenue generation and started her first full time role in the industry as an Inside Sales Membership Consultant with the Atlanta Hawks.

During her career journey, Tahira received an NFL Best Practice recognition with the San Francisco 49ers and created and implemented the program that earned Nashville Superspeedway the NASCAR Drive for Diversity Award. She was responsible for selling out the first
Cup Series Race in Middle Tennessee in 40 years and led the highest grossing revenue team in the XFL. Her latest achievement was taking the Raiders from 16th to 7th place in the NFL for overall season ticket member satisfaction in less than a year

Tahira received her B.S. in Sports Marketing and Media from Full Sail University where she graduated valedictorian after having attended prominent HBCU Hampton University.
