Tilea Coleman is V.P. of Corporate Communications at ESAB, a global leader in the production of welding & cutting equipment & consumables. 

Prior to ESAB, Coleman served as Sr. Director, Teammate Communications at Under Armour, where she developed & led employee communications strategies & programs.

Before joining Under Armour, Coleman worked at ESPN as Sr. Publicist & Manager of Diversity & Inclusion, respectively. While at ESPN, Coleman managed many corporate diversity programs & played an integral role in growing ESPNU.  She was also responsible for developing & executing strategic public relations campaigns & issues management for its women’s sports initiatives & emerging sport categories.

Previous to her time at ESPN, she served as Manager of Communications for the Women’s Basketball Coaches Association. 

Coleman graduated from Morgan State University with a bachelor’s degree in communications.  She is married with two sons.  She is a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., has served as a mentor for Bristol County Public Schools in Connecticut, and volunteered with multiple nonprofit organizations.
