Holistic Health Hour w/ Aleka- Relationships Series Show #2

If you are alive you are learning through relationships, yet they are often the most misunderstood part of our lives. In this series, we are going to focus on relationships and gain some clarity on this often confusing and difficult topic. What is the purpose of relationships? Why are relationships so amazing and likewise so infuriating and terrifying? What blocks us from having healthy ones and how can we find lasting and healthy relationships? Are our relationships fated or do we have destiny in the matter? These are just some of the few questions I am going to tackle in this series that sheds light on the topic of relationships.

In part two of the series, we go a bit deeper into how these dysfunctional patterns of co and counterdependency can show up in our relationships, and just how they can keep us from the lasting connection we so crave. We will illuminate what is no longer working for us so we can directly address it and transform it.
